In Aztec, Product Modelling / Menu Manager Print Streams are configured against a product to define where an item is printed when it is part of a dispense ticket. Within Kitchen iQ, these are referred to as Prep Streams and can be used as part of the Routing Rules configuration to define which Station items are sent to for preparation.

Adding New Prep Streams
Follow these steps to add a new prep streams:

Click Add

Enter the following details, Prep Stream Name | select the required POS Print Streams from the drop down
One or more POS print streams can be added to a prep stream to enable consolidated prep streams -
Click Save
