Stations
Stations are configured to enable the routing of product items during the preparation process, items / orders move between each station until they reach the exit point and leave the kitchen. Stations are also used against the configuration of channels.
Adding New Stations
Follow these steps to add a new station:

Click Add

Enter the following details, Name | select the order stage from the drop down

Assembly
-
Serving
-

Click Save
Station Dish Allocations
Station dish allocation groups provide an additional layer to routing where specific items can be routed to a different station compared to their course or prep stream settings. Any items that are to be routed separately are added within the groups by Aztec product Entity code and then added to a new routing rule, within the filters section.
Adding New Station Dish Allocations
Follow these steps to add a new allocation:

Click Add

Enter the following details, Station Dish Allocation Name

Enter the required Entity Codes into the Product ID entry box and press <enter> or click the green + button

Click Save

Stations
Stations are used for routing of items around the system, a station is configured with a stage which will present the item differently on screen for easy identification where it is throughout the order journey.
