Outlet Groups

When managing settings across Acquire, it's often necessary to allocate outlets to specific functions or configurations. To streamline this process, you can create an outlet group, which allows you to assign a predefined set of outlets at once eliminating the need to manually select each individual site.

Navigate to Admin Functions | Groups

Creating Groups

Follow these steps to create outlet groups:

  1. Click Create New

  2. Enter a Group Name

  3. From the list of outlets on the left select the required locations, click Add

  4. Click Save

Editing Groups

Follow these steps to edit outlet groups:

  1. From the drop down list select the existing Outlet Group

  2. Update the assigned outlets as required

  3. Click Save
