Outlets

Outlets are the sites used for ordering, throughout they are used assignment and setup.

Creating Outlets

Follow these steps to create a new outlet:

1. Click Create Outlet

2. Enter the following details, Name | Aztec Site ID | Outlet Reference

3. Complete the mandatory fields in the Contact Details Tab

4. Complete any Group or Tag settings

5. Click OK

Deactivating Outlets

Follow these steps to deactivate an outlet:

1. Double click on a selected outlet

2. Click Deactivate

   This could be utilised for venues closing for a refurbishment or venues that are being created ahead of opening time
