Serving Areas

Serving areas are used when a venue has multiple locations that food and drink can be served in and where the routing of the order should go to the correct serving area. The settings within the site section allow the mapping between the serving area names created in configuration and the table numbers that the site has.

Routing rules will then use the serving area followed by the table number to determine the station the product items should be sent to.
