Modify General Settings
Follow these steps to modify general settings:

Field Settings & Information
Site Information
Site information holds the general details about the site and linked estate.

Field | Description |

Name |
The name given to the site, imported from Aztec |
Group Name |
An optional group name to sort sites, when sites are imported from Aztec they will be shown with the Company Name / Area Name |
Estate |
The display name of the Estate configured by Zonal on initial setup |
Kitchen Type |
Drop down to define what type is being used:

Configuration
Configuration defines the templates and other default options the site will operate with.

Drop down to define the configuration applied to the site |
Apply Kitchen Configuration at Rollover |
Check box to define if a new configuration should only update on rollover time (for example from configuration a to configuration b) Any changes made to an already assigned configuration will update to the site within a few seconds as long as the server is online |
Reminder Configuration |
Drop down to define the reminder configuration applied to the site |
Background Image |
Drop down to define the background image applied to the site, screen overrides can be applied if a different images is required for some locations within the site |
Time Format |
Drop down to define how any times are displayed on screen 24 hour or AM/PM using 12hr |
Remove Wait Time |
Check box to define if the remaining time between items with cook times should be observed, when selected the time is ignored and items will appear immediately, if unselected the remaining wait time is still used. Example:

Ticket Order |
Drop down to define the order in which tickets are displayed on screen:

Touch Screen Buttons Orientation |
Drop down to define what orientation touch screen buttons will appear:

Setup
The setup provides the connection information between the configuration and site servers.

Unique identifier for the site, typically matching the Site ID in Aztec database |

Input to define the site reference, matching the reference configured in Aztec Base Data |
Discovery Params |
Button to generate new Auth PIN - PINs are assigned on the Kitchen Server during installation so that they link to the correct site and pickup the configuration |
Auth PIN | PIN Number generated |

Messaging
Messaging handles the connection between Kitchen iQ and Message hub.

Enable liveRES Tables Alerts |
Check box to enable table status updates to Tables, when items are bumped from the serving station the table status in Tables will update To make use of the table status update alerts additional configuration in Tables | Brand Setup | Configurations | Statuses & Courses | Kitchen iQ tab must be completed Course Names must match those setup within Courses in the configuration |
Delayed Orders
Delayed orders need to be "served or closed" on the Aztec Point of Sale terminal, through the act of bumping the order from the ready to delivered stage can send a serve message back to the terminal to clear the order.

Check box to define if delayed orders will be served automatically by Kitchen iQ rather than a POS operator having to manually serve them To make use of the Serve Delayed Order feature Zonal Connect Framework (ZCF) must be installed on the site PC along with a configured Virtual Terminal and necessary Aztec Base Data setup A front of house employee should be created that has access to all sites that use Kitchen iQ and this feature |
