Prioritse Orders
During service operations there can be certain orders that might need to be prioritsed so that they are prepared before other orders that are already in progress. There are three options which can be used (depending on configuration):
-
Manual Prioritse - handled directly on screen through the menu
-
Order Destination - certain destinations might be configured to automatically be prioritsed
-
Instructional Message from the Aztec POS terminal or iServe device
You might need to prioritse an order because:
-
Items were missed on the original order and need to expedited quickly
-
The order is for a VIP and should come before others
-
It is for a special type of order, for example Take Away / To Go and has a set time for collection
