User Import Settings
When importing users from a third party application settings are required in order to assign specific fields when they are created or terminated, this section defines the required fields.

Termination Code Import Ref |
When terminating employees via import the termination code selected from the drop down will be used |
Additional management of termination codes can be controlled in Staff & Security → Configuration → Termination Codes |
User Position Import Ref |
When adding users into Staff & Security a 'User Position' is assigned, the selected position from the drop down will be given to imported users |
When managing User Positions a Reference is assigned which will become available within this drop down setting, only those positions with a reference will be displayed for selection More information on managing User Positions can be found at Staff & Security → User Positions |
Pay Rate Import Ref |
When adding users into Staff & Security a pay rate is required, this setting defines if it is a STD (standard rate) or OT (overtime rate) |
STD and OT are the default system rates additional rates can be added in Staff & Security → Configuration → Pay Band Types |
