Adding Sites

Zonal recommends using the 'Duplicate' option when creating sites so that it will copy all Base Data settings from the template site

Follow these steps to add a site:

  1. Select a Site from the estate structure

  2. Click Duplicate

  3. Enter the Site Name

  4. Enter additional details if required for Description | Reference | Address | Contact Information

  5. Click Next

  6. Enter the Network Address - IP or Host Name

  7. Select the Head Office PC for this site

If there is only 1 head office PC this will be preselected
Zonal recommends to set the site 'Disable all Communications' so that it is not part of any comms jobs until the site is installed and PC available
