Communications

Communications is the module that manages the sending and receiving of data for each site. The communication settings for a site define its address and other key options required to process communication jobs successfully.

Network Details
Network Address

IP Address or Host Name of the site used by communications to send and receive comm jobs

 

Network Type

Type of network being used for communications

This is normally set to DSL

Configuration
Head Office PC

The central machine that will control the comms processing for the selected site

Depending on the size of the organisation there maybe one or more head office PCs

Communication Settings

The communication settings determines how this site will be performing comms processing jobs

  • Enable Frequent, Daily and Manual

  • Enable Daily and Manual Only

  • Enable Manual Only

  • Disable all Communications
