Purchases

Items purchased outside of the normal suppliers and ordering cycle can be added as a purchase within Acquire.

There are two scenarios where this can be useful:

  • Purchase of products where stock the item is added to stock

  • Purchase of items at a value only where no stock needs to be updated

Adding Purchases

Navigate to Home Dashboard

Follow these steps to add a purchase:

  1. Click Create Purchase

  2. Select the required Supplier from the drop down | apply any additional Category or Subcategory filters as required

  3. Enter the product Price and Quantity to reflect the overall purchase totals

  4. Select a Department (optional / if configured)

  5. Click Create Purchase
