Orders - Allocations
Allocations are when Head Office assign items automatically, within a specified time frame , whenever you create an order from a particular supplier the allocated items will automatically be added to the order basket.

Viewing Allocated Items
Follow these steps to view allocated items:

Start adding products to the order
For more information on creating orders click here -
Navigate to the Order Basket and view the order for a selected supplier that has allocated items

Allocated Items will be displayed at the top of the order

The quantity of allocated items is displayed in brackets

Click Edit

Adjust the Quantity of allocated items as required
Adjustments can only be used to increase the quantityAllocated items cannot be removed from the basket -
Place the order as normal for a selected delivery date
