The following new features have been introduced in this version of POS Integration Engine (Aztec).

Punchh Loyalty User Lookup by Phone Number |
This feature will allow users the ability to assign an Aztec account to an existing Punchh Loyalty User, by entering their 10-digit phone number. The lookup will be successful when the phone number entered matches with a user that exists in Punchh Loyalty. Punchh redemption code or scanned QR code can also be used to assign a user to the Aztec account. After a successful lookup, the Punchh Loyalty User will be assigned to the Aztec account. The loyalty assignment can be removed by reselecting Assign Loyalty. Once a user is assigned, the POS will be presented with existing Punchh Loyalty actions. Prize redemption is possible, where the POS displays available and unavailable rewards depending on the Pancoin balance. It is also possible to Cancel redeemed prizes and display or print the Pancoin balance. |
