Promotions - Split of Payment & Discounts Settings
|
This feature provides greater flexibility when creating promotions to now be able to split out the option for 'Available for all payments and discounts' into two distinct options allow either option to now be selected |

Aztec Import - Scale Containers |
The Aztec Import now supports products that contain scale containers and the settings of individual containers that will populate Theme Modelling → Estate Settings →Global Configs |

Provide Aztec Closing Stock Information on Migration to New Stocks |
When migrating to our new stocks application Aztec can now provide final closing stock information to expedite the setup Both closing stock counts and cost of products is provided to enable accurate opening values This is advanced work in Aztec to support the migration to new stocks, release updates for the stocks application will detail when this function becomes available

Refund Items with Promotions / Discounts

When items on an account are needing to be refunded this new functionality will enable the guest to correctly be refunded the amount they paid for items where any promotions or discounts were used, this means more accurate data for reporting and any stock reconciliation |

Site Stock Auditing information now available at Head Office |
Any stock counts performed on mobile stocks will now be made available at head office for reporting |

Persist Search Results
|
When using the product search feature on the Point of Sale terminal in conjunction with functions such as multi price enquiry the search results are now retained when navigating back to the search screen |
| Poindus iRugged A10 Tablet |
The Poindus iRugged A10 Windows tablet has now been added as a supported device for Aztec. This is an ideal solution for locations without a network and can be synchronised with Aztec when it is placed back on its docking station. To compliment this tablet a TM-P80II-121 printer is also available and can be connected to the tablet via USB cable. Whilst this printer has wireless functionality testing was only performed with a USB connection
A USB Cash Drawer can also be plugged in to the tablet directly or through its docking station When adding this device within Theme Modelling → Site Setup → Devices → XP POS should be selected |
