Sign Off

Each site can have different sign off options applied, allowing for the management of varying operational processes across locations.

When a site is selected the following table outlines each setting and its corresponding functionality.

Daily Sign Off Settings
Earliest Sign Off Time

When daily sign off is enabled the earliest sign off time defines when a back of house operator is able to sign off the day

 

Weekly Sign Off Settings
Earliest Sign Off Day

When weekly sign off is enabled the earliest sign off day can be defined

If the company finance sign off was set to Sunday this could allow a site to sign off on Friday because they are closed on weekends

Earliest Sign Off Time

When weekly sign off is enabled the earliest sign off time defines when a back of house operator is able to sign off the week

 
General Sign Off Settings
Cash on Site Max Limit

Working in conjunction with the company sign off condition for 'cash on site within limits' the maximum value defines the total allowed cash can be onsite, if the value is above the maximum back of house operators will be expected to bank money

 
Cash on Site Min Limit

Working in conjunction with the company sign off condition for 'cash on site within limits' the minimum value defines the least amount of cash onsite, if the value is below the minimum back of house operators will not be permitted to sign off

 
Sign Off Settings
Enable Sign Off Override

Sign off conditions are inherited from the company settings, when the override is enabled alternative conditions can be applied to the site
