How To - Using the Store Inbox

The Inbox icon is displayed in the header. The number displayed in the centre of the icon represents the number of unread messages currently in the inbox.

Reading Messages in the Inbox

The Inbox can be accessed from the Inbox icon in the header or via a widget on the dashboard.

To read messages from the Inbox:

1. Select the Inbox icon .
2. The Store Inbox box is displayed.







3. Select the message you want to read.
4. The View Alert box is displayed with the complete message information.







5. You can do any of the following:
   • To go back to the list of messages, select List.
   • To mark the message as read and move it to the bottom of the list, select Mark Read.
   • To delete the message, select Delete.
6. To close the View Alert box, select the X in the upper right-hand corner.

Deleting Messages from the Inbox

To delete messages from the Inbox:

1. Select the Inbox icon .
2. The Store Inbox box is displayed.







3. You now have two options:

   • Select Clear Old to delete only the old messages from the Inbox. Old messages are the greyed out messages that you have already read.

   • Select Clear All to delete all messages from the Inbox.

4. Select OK to confirm that you want to delete the messages.
5. To close the Store Inbox pop-up, select the X in the upper right-hand corner.
