How To - Preseating Customers from the Wait List & Reservation tabs


To preseat customers from the Wait List and the Reservation tab:

  1. Select the highlighted checkmark next to a customer’s name.



  2. Select Assign and select the required table number from the list.



    3. All recommended tables are shown in green.

    The table that best fits the selected customer is highlighted in yellow.

    Tables that are not recommended, but are available are shown in red.

    If Server Rotation is enabled, the Seat Suggestion window is displayed, showing the on-duty servers and the available tables for each server.

    OR

     

    If you know the number of the table you plan to seat the customer


  3. Type the table number required in the Table field.


  4. Select Assign.

  5. If a deposit has been taken for the guest, you will be prompted to Seat and redeem the deposit or seat without redeeming the deposit.
