Adding a Reservation
To add a new reservation in Tables Host:

Click on the person icon with a plus sign in the top menu bar.
- Select the party size by choosing the number of adults, children, and babies.
- Choose the date and reservation time slot.
- Select the occasion type from the available options.
- Choose whether a menu or pre-order is required.
- Select the restaurant area or section.
- Enter the guest's name, phone number, and email to link to their profile.
- Add any booking notes or customer notes as needed.
- Click Confirm and Continue to save the new reservation.
Adding a walk in
To add a walk-in guest in Tables Host:
- From the Guest Summary or Table Plan page, your table.
- Click on the empty table to highlight it.
- Select the Add Walk-In option.
- Enter the party size, estimated turn time, and optionally set a wait time.
You can also add walk-ins directly to the waitlist from the Reservations page if needed.
