How To - Setting up Extras
Here are the steps to set up the Extras features in the booking system, specifically focusing on upsells:

Go to the Extras section of the system.

Click on the Upsells tab.

Click the Add New button to create a new upsell.

In the upsell details, add in:

An Internal Name (for your reference)

A Display Name (what the customer will see)

A Description (provide details about the upsell)

A Price (this can be a fixed amount or a "from" price if linked to a menu)

Next, in the Upsell Images section:

Upload an image to visually represent the upsell

Provide a name and optional description for the image

In the Availability section:

Set the Minimum and Maximum Covers allowed to select this upsell

Specify the Maximum Advance Booking time (how far in advance it can be added)

Choose the Company and/or Site(s) where this upsell is available

(Optional) In the Schedule section:

Configure the dates and times when this upsell can be booked. This allows you to make upsells available only during specific periods

Save the new upsell.

Once you've created the upsell, you can then go to the Occasions section and choose which upsells to Include or Exclude for each booking occasion.
This allows you to curate the upsell options presented to customers based on the type of booking they are making.
