How To - Setting up Booking Rules

Go to the Booking Rules section.

Click the Add New button to create a new booking rule.

Give the rule a descriptive name, such as "Tasting Menu Deposit".

In the Conditions section, select the criteria you want to apply the rule to. This could be a specific menu, occasion, or cover range.

In the Actions section, choose the requirements you want to enforce. Examples include deposit, pre-order, credit card guarantee, etc.

Configure the details of the action:

For a deposit, set the amount and due date.

For a pre-order, specify the due date and any additional instructions.

(Optional) Add a description that will be shown to customers. This provides information about the requirement.

Save the new booking rule.
