How To - Guests Accessing the Customer Portal


  1. When a customer makes a booking, they will receive an email confirmation that includes a unique link to their booking portal.

  2. This link will take the customer directly to the portal, where they can log in by entering their last name.


    3. Alternatively, the customer can be provided the portal URL directly, and then enter their booking reference and last name to access their reservation.


  3. Once logged in, the customer will see all the details of their booking, including date, time, number of covers, etc.
