How To - Attaching a Menu to an Occasion


  1. Go to the Occasions section of the booking system.

  2. Either create a new occasion or edit an existing one.

  3. In the occasion details, scroll down to the Menu Selection section.

  4. Click the Include the below menu selection checkbox.

  5. A dropdown will appear, showing all the menus you have previously created.

  6. Select the menu(s) you want to make available for the occasion in question.


  7. You can select multiple menus if you want to give customers a choice.


  8. (Optional) If you only want customers to be able to select one menu, check the Single Selection box. This will force them to choose just one menu from the options you provide.

  9. Save the occasion changes.

  10. Now, when customers go to book this occasion, they will be presented with the menu(s) you attached.

  11. The menu selection will be part of the booking journey, allowing customers to choose their desired menu options.


This linkage between the occasion and the available menus ensures a seamless experience for customers, and allows you to control which menu options are offered for each booking type.
