How To - Table Functions
Orders can be placed on tables so that the correct customer bills can be managed and food orders that print to the kitchen show the table number that the customer is sitting at.
Standard Tables
A table can be opened before ringing through product items or afterwards - the system allows either.

Select the required Table Plan button from the bottom of the main root panel design.

Choose the table needed by pressing on the Numbered button.

If prompted enter the Customer Name and press the OK button.

If prompted enter the Cover Count and press the OK button

If a cover counts greater than 9 has been entered, the terminal will prompt the user as follows - “Cover count greater than 9 has been entered, would you like to proceed” – Select Yes or No button.

Press the Save button to store the order and send any items to remote printers.
- The order display will show the table number, customer name and cover count. If any of these items are incorrect, they can be adjusted to reflect the correct details.
Any table showing in blue are free, and tables in red are currently occupied.
Moving & Merging Tables

Press the Table Plan button and choose the Numbered table button required; this will then display the order.

Press the Table Plan button again and choose the new table number

Confirm by pressing the Yes button to move or merge the table.
Amending Customer Name & Cover Count

Press the Table Plan button and choose the Numbered table button required; this will then display the order.

Press the Other Functions or Table Options button

Select either the Edit Customer Name or Edit Cover Count buttons

Amend the information and press the OK button.
