How To - Touch Screen Bumping & Page Navigation

Your Kitchen iQ solution can be set up with a touch screen to allow you to control your kitchen screens on the screen itself rather than via a bump bar or keyboard.

Prerequisites for touch screen bumping and page navigation:

• Chrome browser on Android or iOS tablet

• IE7 on i700 Gen2 or ELO 1717L touchscreen monitor

• Touch support enabled in the Kitchen iQ Config app.

When enabled, you can select individual items, tickets or notifications to bump, and the Unbump button to reverse the last action. Reminders can also be acknowledged by selecting them.

Using touch to bump, unbump or acknowledge is restricted to panel view and item view.

Selecting the page navigation in the bottom-right corner allows you to advance to the next or previous page as required. Touch screen navigation is supported in all views (when enabled).
