How To - Adding Deposits to Existing Bookings
Additional deposit payments can be added to an existing booking deposit already in the system.
To add a deposit:

Log on to the Aztec Shell and select the Bookings module

Press the Add Deposit to Booking button (normally found in the pay panel)

The select booking screen appears and will display all booking for the current week or any overdue bookings in alphabetical order.

Once located, click the required booking

The selected booking confirmation details will be displayed.

Press the Yes button to confirm this is the correct booking.

Enter the extra value deposit to be added to the booking and press the Enter button to confirm the additional amount.

The balance will be displayed on the order display and will require payment. Payment can be taken against any payment method on the PoS, e.g., cash or credit card.
If the booking is not displayed press the ‘more’ button to continue the display or choose the 'date' button and enter the required booking date
