How To - Creating an Outlet Template


The below steps document how to create a template for regular orders, and how to manage this template.


  1. Select Admin Functions from your icons.


  2. Select Manage Templates from the drop-down list.


  3. Select Create Template


  4. Select the box under Template Name to give the template a name


  5. Now select the green box to start adding items into your template



  6. You can now search by Product Name or Code, or select the Supplier, and filter by Category or Sub-Category


  7. Within the selected column you can now put ticks in the boxes of the items you require on your template, continuing until all required items have been selected


  8. Select Add Items


  9. Our Template has now been created.
  10. To remove an item, select the red box or, to add further items, select the green box. To rearrange the template to match storage locations select the blue box and drag and drop the items.


  11. Our template has now been created and added to our Outlet list. We can View and Apply the template to create an order, or Star the template as a Favourite, meaning that it will appear on our Homepage. Alternatively, we can also Download the template.
