How To - Budgets


Outlet budgets are created at Head Office and are designed to control spend levels at site for specific categories.


  1. Navigate to Admin Functions thenOutlet Budget, followed by Create Budget

  2. Give the budget a Name, select the required Category, Start Date and Duration that this applies to.

  3. When done, select Create Budget.




  4. You will then need to Assign Outlets that this budget applies to and select OK.



  5. You will now be able to select Edit on each of the weeks, set the weekly budget, and then select OK to save.
