Hotfix 548392 - Live Data Feed (LDF) Audit trail / polling issues. Transaction sequence numbers containing hyphens and stopping LDF from processing transactions. As a result, a number of sties appearing on comms report. This Hotfix also includes the changes for earlier hotfix 524109 and therefore supersedes it.
This hotfix is for 3.27.0 and should be applied to Site and Single Site Masters

Hotfix 552662 - Aztec Comms Read taking between one to three hours to complete. A stored procedure was revised and as a result it is now only fetching the relevant records and comms are completing within minutes.

Hotfix 524109 - This replaces - 497440 - Hotfix (3.27.0) for MAB LDF Issues - Declined payments stopping LDF from processing transactions. An empty "TransactionSequenceNumber" received from ZCPS would cause LDF to deny audit trail processing for the affected terminal with the following message: "RemoteAuditSubscriber denied processing for device <DeviceId>: There is an error in XML document ()".

Bug 482213 - Internal Transfers (Purchasing): Add missing quote to JSON Name value string. Internal transfers if sent via ZCF internal Transfers feature would fail due to the Product names missing the closing " quotes causing an exception within the Internal Transfer's JSON file subsequently causing the transfer to fall back to the original SQL Transfer feature or fail outright if Direct SQL connection is disabled.

Aztec Pricing - filter by priced items only - AZT-876

This feature provides the ability to filter pricing matrix by Priced Items only

In Aztec go to Standard Pricing | Price Matrix | 

Under Pricing there is now a drop down menu which has the option to select 'Priced only', 'Unpriced only' or 'all values' as shown in image below

Automatically Transfer Ownership of Tables User Accounts - AZT-502

This feature is to introduce the option to automatically transfer the ownership of LiveRES Tables accounts to the first "real" user that picks up the account.

 

Future Dated Portions in Product Modelling to be supported in Product Export - AZT-863

Ensure that future dated portion data is included in the .xml when a 'Recipe' and 'Standard Line' product is exported

View up to date Net Sales figures for the current day so store managers are able to monitor sales progress and make operations decisions quickly

 

Print Qualtrics "CSI" Survey Codes on customer bills and receipts for IHOP - AZT-945

An option to select Qualtrics and print the survey code on bills and receipts has been added. Also store the generated CSI code in the database to allow for reporting

 

QR code - Ability to enter a URL with dynamic fields - AZT-895

Aztec now has the ability to enter a URL with dynamic fields for QR codes. This is available for both bills and receipts

Head Office Configuration - Enabling Feature

At Head Office in Aztec, open Theme Modelling | Site Setup | Select a site | Printing tab

Click on Configure footer QR Code to open the window for configuration

Under Print QR Code select Bill Footer and/or Receipt Footer as required

Note: In case either Bill footer or Receipt footer box is checked, or both boxes are checked, a URL must be entered

Add a valid URL in the box under QR Code URL

This feature also has the option to add Dynamic Fields to the URL. Make a selection from the drop down menu under and click Insert

To add text on Bill/Receipt footer below QR code, click on button 'Edit QR code footer text' which will open another window to add text

Click on Close button to complete the process

Head Office Configuration - Send Changes to Sites

For the new settings made at Head Office to take effect at site, perform a communications job to the required sites.

Front of House Operations

When a successful Comms has been sent to site, the changes need to be sent to the POS via Theme Modelling on site.

 

As QR code feature is hardware dependent, below is the list of printers that are/are not supported

Supported Printers

• Orient BTP-R580 Mk2 (Boot Firmware v3.00, Main v3.050 and above)

• Epson TM-T88V

Unsupported Printers

• Orient BTP-R580 Mk1

• Citizen CBM 1000

• Bixolon SRP 275

If the printer does not support the QR Code, plain text of the URL shall be printed on bills/receipts
