This feature will allow our customers to complete the below actions in the PMS:

• Request a payment via email and SMS

• Request a credit card via email and SMS

GTM Data Layer

We have implemented two modifications to GTM (Google Tag Manager). The first enhancement enables customers to incorporate their own GTM number into the hotel settings page. This customisation empowers you to have greater control over their GTM configuration.

The second improvement involves the introduction of a data layer to GTM, enabling the retrieval of more detailed information about bookings made on your website. With this upgrade, you can now track the sources from which customers arrived before entering your website, monitor specific pages where users may linger or exit, and gain insights into the number of customers engaging in self-upselling during the upselling stage. Moreover, an excessive amount of valuable data is now available for your analysis and utilisation.

Minor Updates & Enhancements

We have also released several minor updates that affect the following areas:

• New SFTP Transfer - Change to the legacy transfer of FTP to SFTP

• Invoice Bug - Bug fix on balance being incorrect when sent to customers

• Transfers - minor bug fixes and enhancements

• TW Link - timing change to BST

 

Bespoke Payment Types

Based on your valuable feedback, we have taken it into consideration and are pleased to announce the introduction of personalised payment options. With this new feature, you can now create your own unique payment types and conveniently track all transactions made using this method.

Group Search

We are excited to introduce a new feature that enables you to easily search for bookings across multiple properties. With this functionality, you can perform a global search using either the hotel name or a specific booking reference. Each booking and hotel will be conveniently hyperlinked, allowing you to swiftly access the desired information and take necessary actions. This feature is especially beneficial for central reservations teams, streamlining their workflow and increasing efficiency.
