New Feature Summary
Vouchers Update
HLS vouchers are now more powerful than ever, allowing you to incentivise your customers to book via your website rather than your third-party channels. Below are some highlights from the update:

A call to action link to share on social media and mailshots - allowing your customers to be directed to your booking engine with the voucher pre-applied

Prices affected by the voucher will now display with a strike-through, allowing the customer to see their discount before they book

Vouchers can now be linked to corporations - allowing you to set up your corporation rates easily and send out the discount code to be used on your booking engine directly

Vouchers now appear in a drop-down list for internal staff members, making it easier for them to apply

Block Enhancements
We now have new fields when users enter a block via the room and events calendar. These fields are also used on the new blocks report, which can double up as a maintenance report. Quickly see how many blocks span a period and which staff member blocked them.

Hiding a Rate Plan from Users View
You can now hide rate plans from your staff view. To do this, select an existing rate plan and change the new bookable option to 'no' in the configuration area of the form. If the rate plan is set to 'no,' it will only be viewable and editable on the rates grid. Perfect if you have your rate plans created to control your third parties.
View Vacant Rooms on Housekeeping
We have added a new housekeeping option allowing you to view all vacant rooms. The report will return all your hotel bedrooms when selected with other statuses.
Access EPOS Integration
HLS is now live with Access EPOS, easily post food and drink sales from your Access EPOS till to a checked-in reservation on HLS. Allowing your guests the comfort of settling their restaurant bill on checkout.
Minor Updates & Enhancements
We have also released several minor updates that affect the following areas:

Progress on Upcoming Features
Guest Cancellations
A feature that allows your customers to cancel their booking via a link in their confirmation email. After selecting the manage my booking link, your customers will be redirected to a page where they can cancel their reservation. The action will only appear if the booking has been made on your website or internally and falls within a policy you have created.
