Bookings Search

We are excited to introduce a new feature that enables you to easily search for bookings across multiple properties. With this functionality, you can perform a global search using either the hotel name or a specific booking reference. Each booking and hotel will be conveniently hyperlinked, allowing you to swiftly access the desired information and take necessary actions. This feature is especially beneficial for central reservations teams, streamlining their workflow and increasing efficiency.

Google Tag Manager - Purchase Event Tag

Building upon the introduction of the data layer, we have improved the information that you can extract from the booking engine into Google Analytics. The event purchase tag is configured to activate whenever a booking is successfully made on your website. The data contained in the tag will automatically input details related to the booking into your account for you to analyse.

Additional Payment Types

The PMS now has the capability to accommodate nine new payment types. Once these types are added, they will become visible within the soft payment route. To add a payment type listed below to your property, please contact support using the link below.

Gift Card, Event, PDQ, Commission, Deposit, Management Charge, Write Off, Sum Up, Other

Hotel Search

If you have multiple properties using HLS, you will have the capability to search for a hotel directly from the property overview page. The search options for hotels include:

• Name

• Address

We have also released several minor updates that affect the following areas:

• Eagle Eye – Bug Fix to allow refunds larger than £40
