Deposit Rules Now Apply For Staff Users

The deposit system has been revised to include bookings made by staff members. Whenever a staff member creates a booking for a rate that requires a deposit, the payment will be automatically processed at the time of booking, streamlining the process and saving valuable time for your staff.

Mobile Web Ordering - Integration

We have recently integrated with Zonal web ordering. This integration allows customers to order food and drink using their mobile phone and post the bill to their room so they can settle it on checkout!

If you are an existing Zonal customer using mobile ordering... To take advantage of this feature, contact your Zonal AM and request set-up. After successfully configured, add your menu QR code to your rooms and allow your customers to enjoy the convenience of ordering room service without leaving their comfort zone.

Automated No-Shows

We have introduced a new feature that automatically marks as no-show any reservations that have not been checked in by 5am the following morning. This feature has been implemented to streamline the front desk's processes and reduce manual workload. If a reservation is part of a group and has not been checked in, it will be split from the group and marked as no-show independently. To enable this feature, please use the setting 'booking.reservation.auto-noshow'.
