Ability to insert theoretical figures automatically for uncounted products - CXE-850

Customers will have the ability to perform a hybrid stock count, which will allow them to enter stock count figures for certain items only, then once they finalise their stock period, theoretical figures will be automatically inserted for their uncounted items. (Click here to learn more.)

If you would like this new counting method to be activated for your sites, please get in touch with our Enterprise Department and they will be able to configure this by Cost Centre.

As part of this feature, the below reports will be improved so that they can display how each stock period was finalised:
- Closing Stock Variance
- Stock Result Summary
- Stock Results by Profit Centre
- Weekly Snapshot

Also, the inserted theoretical figures will be displayed clearly as bold and underlined within the 'Closing Stock Variance.' report.

Ability to clear all stock count entries on the Stock Count pages - CXE-861

Customers will be able to clear all stock count entries with a press of a button on the Stock Count / Stock Items and on the Stock Count / Batches pages.

New 'Deliveries By Item' drill through sub-report within the 'Closing Stock Variance' report - CXE-916

Customers will be able to drill through the deliveries for each Stock Item within the 'Closing Stock Variance' report's new 'Deliveries By Item' drill through sub-report and then see the list of those Deliveries / Electronic Invoices / Accruals / Reverse Accruals where the Stock Item's Supplier Items were included in.

Improving the Stock Count pages to cater for smaller screen sizes - CXE-931

The width of the filters and the stock count entry fields will be resized on the Stock Count pages to cater for devices with smaller screen sizes.

Ability to see when the stock was last recalculated - CXE-932

Customers will be able to see the date and time of the last stock recalculation on the Finalise page.

Hiding the Items page for certain Delivery types - CXE-933

The Items page will be hidden for Electronic Invoices, Reverse Accruals, and for Acquire Deliveries because the items for those Delivery types should never be edited.
