Summary New Features
Add Reporting Screen to Events – PPL – 779
A reporting tab in Events Estate Admin with a link to ZBS reporting.
This feature must be enabled and configured in Zonal Admin by an Account Manager. The URL to the appropriate reporting will be required to activate this function:
Once the Account Setup is configured, the Reporting Page in the menu bar will take users to a page with an example report in, and a link to their ZBS reporting in Web Dimensions.
Central Reservations Screen - Filter by Status and Event Date Range – PPL – 832
'Status' and 'Event Date' filters will be added to the Enquiries Beta page.
Selecting the “Enquiries Beta” screen and opening the Filter Pane gives the user the option to select as many of the following options as they wish to see filtered: Confirmed, Provisional, Enquiry, Cancelled. By Default these are set to “Provisional” and “Enquiry”
Users can also select the date range to view bookings, by clicking on the “Event Date” box, and selecting a From and To date.
Individual Dates can also be selected:
If a selected date range is more than 30 days in length, it will revert to a single date.
Create 'Pre-order Cut Off Date/Time' email dynamic tag – PPL – 817
A function that allows users to include the pre-order cut off date and time in the confirmation emails that are sent to guests who make bookings with pre-order requirements.
When editing Email templates in Events as an Estate Admin, there is now an option to include the “%PreOrderCutOffDateTime%” Dynamic Variable, which can be selected from the drop down list as below:
Guest portal - change from "Surname" to “Last name” – PPL – 848
An update to improve consistency across the applications, changing guest “Surname” to “Last Name” in the Guest Portal.
When adding attendees on the Guest Portal, guests will now be asked to enter their First and Last Names, not First and Surnames:
Guest Portal - 'The use of The Word Organiser' – PPL – 849
An update to the Guest Portal, changing the word “Organiser” to “Lead Guest” in the Attendees section.
The guest who has made the booking will be referred to as the “Lead Guest” on the Bookings Portal:
Guest portal - Email Template Update – PPL – 850
An update to the Email Templates used in the Guest Portal to incorporate the changes made to Surname and Organiser (to Last Name and Lead Guest), so that they are consistent across the applications.
When editing Email templates in Events as an Estate Admin, there is now an option to include the “%AttendeeLastName%” or "%GuestLastName%" Dynamic Variables, which can be selected from the drop down list as below
Extend getSlots response to include slot capacity and availability – PPL – 815
An enhancement to the getSlots endpoint to return capacity and availability for each time slot queried.
The Events API has been enhanced to show the total capacity, and remaining capacity for each time slot, as well as whether the time slot is active or whether a guest can make an enquiry. This allows for more robustness in the online booking environment, to improve the guest booking journey via external routes.

Progress on Upcoming Features
Allocate Unassigned Overpayments In Events – PPL – 798
A feature allowing for Site Hosts to correctly assign Overpayments from Aztec into the appropriate categories, such as pre-order requirements or deposits. This function will also have the ability to undo an allocation (returning it to the original state).
