Booking Rules - Apply deposit action - Events - PPL-453-29

Across Events we have been making the necessary changes to support Booking Rules. The full functionality of booking rules will become available future releases. In the meantime you will see some small changes to the booking journey in order to support this new feature.

In the host app booking journey when you see what is booked and add the customer details, there is a new section called 'Requirements' that will show the deposit amount due and the date it is due by. In the future this will also include pre-order, pre-payment and pre-authorisation requirements, keeping them all in the same section for clarity and visibility for the host.

The widget journey is changing slightly to add these requirements into their own section before adding the customer details, and again will be expanded on as the work continues for the additional requirements.

Marketing - update of liveRES logo to Zonal logo - Events - PPL-711

This is work to depreciate the old liveRES logo and colours in-line with Zonal branding across the liveRES Platforms.

On the log-in pages, the admin pages and the host app (when using the default branding) you will now notice the change in logo and colours to match the Zonal brand.

We would like to let you know if other developments and features that we have also been making progress towards within this cycle.

Bookable Areas

There are a number of features that needs to be completed for the Bookable Areas functionality to be available. Some of the features we are working on will not be available to customers until the completion of future features later in the year and we are working through these in every sprint.

As this feature is coming to completion, we have been able to start working through the next feature for Bookable areas:

Work has been started on this feature, moving us further towards the Bookable Areas functionality.

Booking Rules - Phase 1: Replicate existing menu rules functionality within Booking Rules (PPL-453)

In order to be able to surface the new booking rules administration and functionality, we have completed the implementation of deposit functionality and are in the final stages of the pre-order requirement functionality. Over the next cycle we will also be working through pre-authorisation and pre-payment:

This is not yet available to customers and our intention is to deliver this and subsequent work in upcoming releases.
