Events Configuration - Contact Methods
Contact method configuration defines required fields for both email and telephone when making bookings through the host application.

Require Contact Email Host App | Check box to define if an email address is required when making a booking |
Require Contact Telephone Number Host app | Check box to define if a telephone number is required when making a booking |

If an email address is not supplied, Events will be unable to send out automated email communications
Configuring Contact Methods

From Estate Admin menu select Contact Methods

For each Outlet listed selected the required check boxes

Require Contact Email Host App

Require Contact Telephone Number Host app

Enable Telephone Number Validation

Click Save Changes
