Per supplier a unique reference can be assigned so that suppliers can correctly identify sites when orders are placed.

Follow these steps to manage supplier references:

Select the required supplier from the drop down

Against each outlet enter the given Supplier Reference

Click Update
Editing this reference without prior agreement with suppliers could result in orders being delayed. The Supplier Outlet Reference uniquely identifies outlets to the supplier
