Catalogues
The Catalogue page displays all of the products available for your company's outlets to order for each supplier. Head office and supplier users both have access to this page to view and download product catalogues.
If you are using Aztec to manage your catalogues, Zonal can install and maintain the ZBS Product Catalogue Importer. This uploads Aztec catalogues into Acquire, and can be configured to update Acquire with all changes made in Aztec

If a catalogue fails to upload, a message will be displayed listing precise information about the reason for the failure and the line numbers of the catalogue that contain the errors.
If configured in Notifications, you may also receive an email notification for the catalogue upload failure. The email will also include the same detail about the errors as the message above.
